Team Winning Solutions was founded by Olympic Silver Medalist Lucas Kozeniesky with one goal—to raise the standard of shooting sports.
What started as a small circle of motivated athletes has grown into a national training network built around high-performance habits, modern coaching, and a no-nonsense approach to excellence.

Today, TWS continues to expand across the country, partnering with ranges, colleges, and programs to give athletes every tool they need to perform at the highest level.

Lucas Kozeniesky
Lucas Kozeniesky is an Olympic Silver Medalist and one of the leading figures in American rifle shooting. A two-time Olympian (Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020), Lucas has represented the United States on the world’s biggest stages, earning medals at the Olympic Games, ISSF World Cups, and international championships.
Off the firing line, Lucas is the founder of Team Winning Solutions (TWS), a high-performance training program dedicated to building the next generation of rifle and pistol athletes. Drawing on over a decade of elite competition experience, he combines proven technical expertise with modern coaching strategies that emphasize mental toughness, consistency, and a culture of excellence.
Through TWS, Lucas has created an athlete-centered environment where shooters not only sharpen their skills but also learn how to manage the mental, physical, and emotional demands of high-level competition. His vision is to provide athletes with the same tools, support systems, and professional standards that define Olympic training — and to build a clear pathway from youth shooting all the way to the world stage.

Chance Cover
Chance Cover is a nationally recognized rifle coach and former NCAA athlete who has dedicated his career to developing shooters into confident, high-performing competitors. With years of experience both on the firing line and behind it, Chance has built a reputation for combining sharp technical instruction with a calm, athlete-first coaching style that gets results.
At Team Winning Solutions (TWS), Chance plays a key role in mentoring athletes across air rifle and smallbore. He specializes in refining fundamentals, building repeatable shot processes, and helping shooters translate training into match-day success. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, adaptability, and long-term growth — ensuring that athletes develop the tools they need not just for the next match, but for an entire career in the sport.

Peter Fiori is one of the most accomplished young rifle shooters in the United States, bringing both international experience and NCAA success to his coaching role at Team Winning Solutions (TWS). As a standout competitor, Peter has represented Team USA at World Cups and international events, and was a key contributor to NCAA powerhouse programs — building a reputation for technical precision, mental toughness, and match-day consistency.
Now, Peter channels that same drive into coaching. At TWS, he works directly with athletes to refine position work, develop efficient routines, and sharpen the competitive mindset needed for success at every level.
